CEO & Founding Member
Lev Osman (CEO & founding member) has been extraordinarily successful in transforming Veolia’s Victorian and Queensland businesses into profitable and well-structured business units over the past 13 years.
As Group General Manager of QLD, he won State of the Year Queensland 2013 for the strongest financial safety record across Australia and consecutively Business Unit of the Year 2012 & 2015 across Veolia’s 40 strong business units nationally.
It is his passion for the Industry and customers that Lev left Veolia to seek private equity to start his own company, so he could drive innovations to customers through simplified technology applications that will deliver state-of-the-art functionality and optimization.
He will be responsible for delivering profitability back to our customers and shareholders.
Glenn McBean (Operations Management) comes with extensive senior management experience across a broad range of services in the waste transport industry, with over 27 years of experience. Glenn brings many years of fleet management, data analysis and a strong commitment to working with internal/external stakeholders with a high level of attention to detail.
He is responsible for the financial and operational excellence of our business: safety performance, fleet and equipment and driver education and training.
Continuous improvement and meeting our service guarantees is a priority as well as managing our impact on the greater community in which we operate.

Area Sales Manager
Ayshen has over ten years of experience in a number of sales roles and brings great knowledge to our team.
Ayshen is experienced in Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the recycling waste management industry, adaptive clothing, office stationery supplies, homeware & giftware industries.
Ayshen has exceptional skills in negotiation, sales, business development, marketing strategy, and sales operations. Ayshen has been in the waste industry for the last 3 years with a strong focus on the recycling sector.
Ayshen will bring that experience and knowledge across our waste and recycling solutions. Ayshen will be managing all sales-related enquiries.
Area Sales Manager
Aslam Assen (Area Sales Manager) has over 25 years of experience in shipping, logistics, garment accessories and recycling. Aslam spent ten years working in the waste management recycling sector in Sri Lanka heading the Sales Department as Sales Manager. Key roles, including strategy management, operations, and transport within the recycling industry. Aslam completed his last four years as CEO for Neptune Recycling Pty, the No. 1 paper recycling company in Sri Lanka, before migrating to Australia.
After settling in with his family to a new life in Melbourne, Aslam secured employment as an Account Manager for five years within the waste management recycling industry, where he applied his wealth of knowledge and experience & adapted to the current market place in Melbourne Victoria.
Aslam brings excellent experience & knowledge across our waste & recycling solutions & will be managing all sales-related enquiries across South East areas of Victoria.
